Repetition drives it home. Calling a big stinking turd a treasure, which is what this deliberately mind-fugging name does, is a lie incarnate.

Call it the Big Ugly Bill (BUB) or something else. But be wary of repeating over and over the MEME the G.O.P. has deliberately attached to this monstrosity. Otherwise we aid and abet the G.O.P. in Bearing False Witness, and screwing ourselves.
