Thursday

I watch gurus who sometimes spout levels. 17,000 and 28,000 and 47,000 were mentioned over the last 2-3 years. I don't know if I'd count on 17,000 anymore, or only in a Depression.

This is not a technically driven crash like 1987. It's part tech bubble, and part debt bubble, with a political economy component thanks to Trump and his own economists. Did I read he had a free trader/tariff prof at Penn? Or is this Peter Navarro? Or Heritage? Tariffs are a fringe viewpoint that are going to test the whole system. Add on the kleptocracy, and the Holy Rollerballs.
