BREAKING: Federal Judge OUTMANUEVERS SCOTUS and TRAPS Trump on SNAP - Legal AF

In breaking news, a Boston Federal Judge found away to avoid a bad Supreme Court ruling, by instructing the Trump Administration to come up with a plan by Monday to use Congress' 6 billion in congress contingency funds to avoid 40 million Americans from starving to death by cutting off their SNAP/food stamp payments, as she warns that she may issue an injunction if she doesn't like their response. Michael Popok explains why the Judge chose this smart path and how it avoids a Supreme Court problem. - 10/31/2025.

Also, while I don't expect the Trump administration to appeal this ruling because the optics would be even worse than them having to be sued in the first place over feeding hungry people, his legal analysis isn't especially novel.
