Venezuelan strongman Nicolas Maduro is on the road to trial, but former FBI agent Frank Figliuzzi questioned whether Donald Trump's Justice Department might let Maduro cop a plea deal to avoid the exposure of secrets at trial.
"Don't forget: How do you make a case against a national leader who you're going to claim is a narco-terrorist and is in bed with the drug cartels and even runs a cartel?" Figliuzzi asked. "You're going to have to expose a lot of sensitive, top-secret sources, human and technical, and CIA and NSA. Don't be surprised. You heard it here first.
