This district includes the county where I was raised so I'm familiar with the politics for decades. It is one of the fajita-strip districts that was gerrymandered after the 2010 census and again after the latest census and redistricting effort. The 15th Congressional District is a swing district and one of the most likely in Texas to swing Democratic.

It's the first time that I have watched Pulido and it's evident that he is able to establish a relationship with the voters. His charisma along with the specific characteristics of that district and the disdain for Trump should lead to some great results this fall.

And the very worst candidate has to be Ken Paxton! With him out of the way, there's hope. Last week Glenn Kirschner had a very promising candidate on with him to replace Paxton!
