Which makes any demolition to the white house illegal

His excuse is while the government is shutdown he can do anything he wants - bypassing permission (like he would listen anyway). He needs to face charges for all of his illegal activities - including demolishing the White House and murdering anyone he finds operating a boat in the Caribbean.
