just plays the idiot on TV.
I always thought that Collin Powell lived with immense guilt until the end, I think he knew he had done something terrible, he was never the same man, and I think Comey, deep inside, lives with his guilt as well.

A man who is an attorney, long time US Attorney, Director of the FBI, etc. cannot be so clueless.
He deliberately threw the election to Trump by going on TV and dissing Hillary right before
Election Day.
I agree CP felt guilt. I don't think Comey does.
