Related: About this forumbamboo flooring and urethane glue
my S O and I decided to put the above flooring in her exercise room (really just the third bedroom) and the job went great until we went to clean the minor excess glue off the prefinished bamboo flooring. It seems if left to dry it etches the finish and if you clean as you go using mineral spirits you can't really tell if you got it off the floor properly. So, we've spent the morning using plastic scrapers along with WD 40 and Mr clean magic erasers working on it. What a PITA.
So as a heads up to anyone wanting to attempt this type of project. Use a trowel that is 1/2 inch narrower than your planks, clean every plank with mineral spirits thoroughly as soon as you possibly can, and if all else fails resort to WD and Mr. Clean Magic.
BTW, the glue will take skin off with it when dried.

Not fun!!
