I used up most of the chicken meat from the other day. I made some stuffing, and used a can of soup to make the sauce. Usually I make it with raw chicken, but it is a flexible recipe and this batch turned out fine.

btw, it's Thursday

All I can think of is how good that pineapple-ginger kombucha sounds.

We usually have a large salad for lunch but today we ate leftovers so it’s salad tonight. Chopped romaine, leaf lettuce, spinach and thinly sliced cabbage with sliced red onion, radish, tomatoes, pickled beets and shredded carrots tossed in walnut-balsamic dressing. The protein today was sliced steamed Field Roast frankfurters which tops the salad and really works well and compliments the dressing. My calls it wiener salad lol. Cheers!🥂
