I am drinking tea at the moment, one of my cousins stopped here last night on their way to Florida
They are taking me to breakfast for hosting them

Recently made a batch of bulk sausage, and froze it in patties. Had the last of a loaf of bread I baked last week.

Grits are not as much my thing as DH's, but It's warm, cheap and filling.

I don't understand why DH loves them so, as they're not part of his South Side Chicago Irish-Polish upbringing. Nearest I can figure is, it tastes like buttery salty popcorn porridge. I prefer my buttery salty popcorn crunchy. But it was good.
