Southwestern turkey burgers on the grill. They will have cumin, red onion, chipotle in adobo sauce, cilantro, and garlic mixed in. Pepper jack cheese melted over the top; artisan roll toasted with garlic butter.
Lettuce, raw red onion and avocado.
Sea salt cassava chips with dip I made--Fage, chopped sweet onion, sweet chili garlic steak sauce, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder.
Plain kombucha; no flavor.
Dessert: hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Fresh salmon filets with pasta Alfredo. Salad of iceberg lettuce, red onion slices, tomato wedges and croutons with oil and Balsamic vinegar. Garlic bread and an olive medley. Pinot Grigio.
Your dip sounds delicious! We will try that this week!

And then, she loved this ,a sunny side up egg with cheddar. On top.
Had a great day with her today, she is so incredible
I miss having her live with me....

Im having snausages (TJs vegan links, which son likes to make fun of) hes having something snausage-y made from animals *sigh*, baked tatties, and bicolour corn. For the most part, yum! Im kind of sad weve got no watermelon so it really feels like summers here.
ETA he did baked beans, too! My only regret is that I didnt save one bite of corn for the last. *pats happy tummy and sighs*

(1,400 posts)Lavash flat bread spread with walnut-balsamic vinaigrette and vegan mayonnaise is the base. Roll up the lavash with air fried chicken tenders, sliced tomatoes, sliced avocado, red onion, pickled beets and whole romaine leaves. Banana bread for dessert. Cheers! 🥂
