What's for Dinner, Thurs., May 22, 2025

Broccoli Asiago cheese soup with basil/cheese flavored sausage. I also put in these little black potatoes I found at the Farmer's Market this morning. Later I looked them up and found out they are actually dark purple and are a variety from the Shetland Islands, developed back in the Victorian times.

It's been raining all day here and soup is welcome on a day like this.

Miniature ham and cheese sandwiches which are on jalapeno-cheddar bagel thins, which I made myself in the air fryer.

Kombucha is apricot peach.

Dessert: maybe a little Reese's pieces ice cream.

have grapes, strawberries, rasins, cucumbers, egg, salami, shredded cheese and whatever else I can find in the fridge. Oh and ranch dressing and crackers.

Sounds like you are now getting the rain in NJ that came through here.

Good Evening

Steam fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red bell pepper, sliced carrot and minced garlic. When almost done I added cut asparagus and sliced mushrooms. When done I stirred in mashed firm tofu, Jax Tofu Scramble seasoning, fresh chopped parsley and some Penzy’s Sunny Paris herbs. Cheers! 🥂
