From genealogy researchers that I looked at 20+ years ago (lineage charts), I'm related by marriage way back when to a physician in the court of French King Francis I. He was likely at the Field of the Cloth of Gold, a summit with King Henry VIII of England.

Other ancestors include a Pilgrim sibling and a famous name back more than 1000 years, but I don't feel any different after learning these things. I feel like I didn't get the juice.

Along with roughly 1/3 of everyone of European descent. They did love ‘em some procreation.

Seriously, I once followed a genealogical trail back to the first Christian kings of Ireland - the ones St. Patrick baptized.
