For example, if you are trying to call someone in Brazil (country code 55), in the city of Rio de Janeiro (city code 21), you would dial 011 - 55 - 21 - XXXX-XXXX

To call Ireland from the United States, you can dial the following numbers in this order:
011: The exit code for the United States
353: The country code for Ireland
Area code: This can be 1 or 2 digits, depending on the region in Ireland
Phone number: This is usually 7 digits
