just found this forum

I'm seventy, a bit of a gym rat, and managing arthritis plus. I live in a retirement community with several recreation center gyms, and since retiring I can work out more-or-less whenever I want. What a luxury! I weight train, walk, and bicycle for fitness. Currently also in PT for back and neck issues. Call me dense, but I've finally understood the origins of the christian Samson, Delilah, and hair loss narrative. Getting older has its drawbacks, lol! I'm glad I noticed this forum!

Lucky guy. Well, except for the part about being blinded, of course.

It sounds like you’re taking good care of yourself. I’m close to the same age…..At this stage it seems like, wow, if you don’t keep on top of things every single day, you’ll be immobile in front of the tv set before long!

I also swim 2x a week and walk with a friend once a week.
