Thoracoscopy?

MSK visit led to advice to have thoracocopy to remove lung nodule and analyze specimen to determine treatment plan.

My wife has recurrent thyroid cancer with small nodules (1.8 cm is biggest) in her lungs. No symptoms, no trouble with breathing.

Anyone with experience with this procedure?

Recovery, risks, etc.

Thanks
