Try and have a nice holiday, irisblue. You got family here on DU, and that's got to count for something. SWBTATTReg 1 hr ago #2

I lived w/ 3 alcoholics in my family, and survived all 3 of them. Now, it's just my sister and I, and we do fine. Her family is wonderful, my SO is wonderful, and we're experiencing the regular joys of everyday life, w/o the complications (you know what I mean).

Best wishes to you and yours during these holidays. We're all here for each other, to listen / read each other's stories, and give energy/a breath of fresh air to each other. With DU, I've already got my XMAS wishes to come true, having another family here at hand, to read and share stories.
