Understanding the excuses the tech industry is making is really not helpful--to me,. at least. sigh...

(I woke up crabby and am stumbling through my day crabby. )

Out of my last three OPs, this is the second where the first reply's only point is to tell me what I should have posted instead.

I'll go ahead and delete this and, with a little luck, you can forget it was ever here.

I wasn't crabby when I woke up, but I'm there now.
