Russia is literally descending into anarchy - Paul Warburg
It's now happening. For years we've been talking about how Russia will begin to fracture due to the war in Ukraine. And now, for the first time, we can say that the Russian government has in fact collapsed (on a small scale) - failing to fulfill the most basic function of a government - providing adequate police forces to protect its own citizens. I talk about the war in Ukraine, its effects on the Russian economy, how that has caused a massive police shortage, and what that means for the future of Russia and the Putin regime.
