Russian Sales to China Crash - Joe Blogs

In this video I discuss the latest trade data which shows that China cut the amount of Oil and Coal that it purchased from Russia by 13%. This represents a significant problem for Russia as it is now dependent upon large monthly purchases from China and does not have alternative options if China stops buying. Is this change in buying patterns a sign that China is deliberately reducing its purchases from Russia ahead of the potential 500% tariffs that the USA is threatening for buyers of Russian Oil if Russia pulls out of the peace talks with Ukraine?
