Financial fears as disabled person

Any disabled worried about financial survival?
I get a decent ssdi amount due to some ok salaries I've had, but Medicare and Medicare part D cut into it now. I'm glad to have Medicare.

The bulk of our income comes from my SO. I'm supposed to get early pension at one month after 60 I can apply. Should my SO pass, I can get his pension 10 yrs. If we marry, for life. The cost of living now has me scared.

Anyone else have fears like this being disabled? Thanks for reading
