And the only answers were from its AI engine, which I distrust.

If one is not using the sync app (https://help.sync.com/hc/en-us/articles/49073083688211-Download-the-Sync-apps) it makes no sense, but some people have seen it and similar.

I haven't. Keep searching for that message on search sites.

Which domain(s) should be blocked?

html-load.com (Main domain - Already blocked, mentioning for reference)

html-load.cc (first noticed by me on https://time.is - they appear to be trying to skirt adblockers but a fair few lists caught on.

I believe these domains should all be set with the $important tag as they are highly untrustable, the html-load.com domain tries to look professional yet is a mere copy pasted lander with no information as to who is behind this (borderline and broadly speaking) blatant adware.

So if I were you, the answer to the question would be Fuck No.
