in which case the SCONC ruling would stand. They have done that once already this term where the lower court ruling against Trump** was allowed to stand

It would be the right thing to do and consistent with how the SC has acted at least one time before in the past.

I do know when Moore v Harper went to SCOTUS they sent it back to nc scotus , but of course nc scotus had changed to R majority by then .

But if majority R nc scotus turned him away , maybe SCOTUS will too ?


Apparently griffin is basing his protests on a 20 yr old federal ruling , and I don’t know what it is , but that may or may not be what determines what is next
