4. In Maine you can be naked in public as long as your genitals aren't visible.

If memory serves, there were female streakers who were acquitted because their genitals were still not in view when naked. And there was a woman near the coast who liked to mow her lawn topless in the summer heat. There are still pearl-clutchers, but they can't legally do anything other than huff and puff.
