Emily is a proud South Florida native, Catholic, Army spouse, small business owner, public health expert, and mother of three. Born and raised on the Treasure Coast, she’s dedicated to fighting for working people and Florida families.
Emily grew up in Stuart, just 20 miles north of where she eventually settled in Jupiter. She has a BS in Health and Exercise Science and Masters of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Wake Forest and Columbia University, respectively. Her career in mental health, state government, and public health drives her commitment to real, evidence-based solutions.
As a small business owner for the past seven years, Emily has led FIT4MOM Palm Beach-a fitness community for pregnant and postpartum women offering accessible programs like Stroller Strides.
An Army spouse and mom of three young boys, Emily knows the challenges Florida families face-from rising costs to limited support for working parents. She’s ready to bring her experience and values to Tallahassee to fight for a healthier, more affordable Florida where families can thrive.
