"Have I The Right?" by The Honeycombs

I always loved this song and I believe it actually holds up 62 years later.

What I never knew was that the band included a female, Honey Lantree, on drums, a rarity to this day. And man, does she hammer the kit!
Karen Carpenter cited Honey as an influence.

Lantree's drumming, augmented by stomping effects recorded on wooden stairs, contributed to the song's distinctive sound.
Honey went back to her old job of hair stylist after this single. And the Andy Warhol rule applies.
