Rock journalist Steve Rosen has a YouTube channel with lots of long interviews with rock stars

I just posted one of them, his 1977 Jimmy Page interview, in this thread about Classic Rock republishing his 2005 story about covering Led Zeppelin's '77 tour: https://www.democraticunderground.com/1034145486 .

The channel is at https://youtube.com/@SteveRosenInterviews .

From his bio for his 2012 book on Black Sabbath:

Steven Rosen is a rock journalist who has written for Creem, Guitar Player, Los Angeles Times, Musician, Playboy, and Rolling Stone. His previous books include Black Sabbath and Free At Last: The Story of Free and Bad Company. He has toured with Aerosmith, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, and ZZ Top in pursuit of a story.

There are a lot of videos on Van Halen, but also on Tom Petty, David Gilmour, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Steve Vai, Keith Moon, Billy Gibbons, Taylor Hawkins and many others.
