Bruce's Message to America + Selections From the Land Of Hope & Dreams Tour, (a re--post from Ranting Randy

Bruce Springsteen opened his new tour tonight not with fanfare—but with a warning.
From a stage in Manchester, he sent a message home. Not of glory days—but of grief, resilience, and reckoning.
Three songs. Three statements. A country in crisis.
This is what it looks like when an artist holds a mirror to America.
Watch. Listen. Feel every word.

Being directly or overtly political. Just truth through everyday people. EMPATHY. I am glad I identify with his underlying message. I don't like everything he has released. But I know he isn't full of shit. I am from Philadelphia. We can smell bullshit from miles and miles away. It is required for survival.

My wife has found articles taking about Springsteen vs Trump and they are getting verbally combative. We are going into town tomorrow morning and we will bypass an old farm whose owner put up a sigh atop his short tower. The says RESIST. I plan to get a picture. Ironicaly, about a mile up the road a corner property has a trump flag by the road.
Thanks man!
