Love the story behind it, too. She thought she would hate it, but turned out the opposite.
Her record company released it rather than taking DNA to court, and everybody was happy with the version's success.
Also, love "Luka". Had that album.
The cover, I could live without.
Fun Fact: The diner this us about later became famous for the exterior shots of the Seinfeld group's favorite diner.
