My husband went to high school with both Johnny and Edgar. He remembers them playing in talent shows at school.

(57,575 posts)2. How cool! And yes, I will believe it. We have a lot of DUers, and red dog 1 used to start threads in the Lounge
with DUers posting about famous people they'd met. There'd usually be a lot of names, lots of different types of celebrities, and those were just from the people willing to talk about it on the board. (It probably helps that a lot of us are boomers, looking back several decades.)
Having gone to school with famous musicians before they became famous, though, and having seen them in school talent shows then, is really special. Is your husband on DU?
