the strange emanation from my dishwasher: mystery solved!

https://www.democraticunderground.com/10182284427#post37

I had one last "partial" emanation and it was in an early stage of its formation. I recognized it as a small clear plastic cup that holds barely 1 cup of liquid. I had brought up a small glass of wine from the dining room in our new apartment at Masonicare and put it in the dishwasher so I could keep it, rather than throw it out (mindful of all that plastic in our environment).

I think that's kinda scary...

I'm trying to find some new friends through activities, such as my arthritis exercise class. And I tried the Jeopardy game but found it a little too easy! So I'm looking for a book group and there are other groups I've yet to try. It doesn't all happen at once and there are lots of activities for folks.

One drawback is lack of diversity of the population who are here. We are all white. So it is challenging to find a more diverse group. However, we have yet to get politically involved and that might be more diverse. We'll see!

5. It's a big change, but it sounds like you're going about it in a great way, and I have no doubt you'll find your pod.

7. I was never a wine drinker, but lately I'm really enjoying a Montepulciano when I go out.

I'm told it's a rough peasant's wine and too sweet, but I think that's why I like it.
