same Kindergarten class together. We would walk the 7 blocks, For Eddy it was 5 blocks as he lived closer. No parents, no siblings. He sat at my table in Kinder the entire year. He as funny and talkative. But since I wasn't it was nice. One day Eddy walkd me the extra. 2 blocks home and held my hand. We were 5 yrs. He didn't come in the yard, but we leaned over the fence and kissed. I never had anyone kiss me. as my parents felt 5 was to old to be kissed. I was very happy going into the house. I wanted to tell my mother Eddy kissed me. However, she was looking out the window and saw. She beat me to the kitchen floor with a broom handle and continued to beat me . Screaming that I had sinned and I was dirty. I didn't go to Kinder the next day as I had bruises.all over. In fact , I never walked to school with Eddy again. We still sat at the same table in Kinder, But he went to Public school and I went to Catholic school. I always wondered what happened to him. That was my first kiss. Something so innocent and pure, turned into a dirty sin. I have only told one person about this and that is not my husband. I hope your first kiss was better then mine.

I do remember this boy at school who always seemed to be aggravating me in some way. One day he punched me in the stomach.

Later, at home when I told my mom about it, she said that he probably liked me and wanted to kiss me.

... Kind of turned me off to the whole thing. I think I must have been around 8 years old.

We kissed twice on a dare on the school bus. Then we decided we were boyfriend and girlfriend, but I was so shy I couldn't even talk to her for like 4 months after that so I guess we broke up, lol.

I do not recall the timing. 1st or 2nd grade - not during cold months.
In a neighbors garage
My best friend stood guard outside.
Everyone seemed to know we both liked each other.
We were both into it.
My siblings teased me a lot
I went to another school after 2nd grade and we lost touch.

On the cheek, sure. It was before 3rd grade. I don't remember her name, but she wore hearing aids and kissed me on the cheek before lunch.

with a girl (Gail) who was two years older and a former neighbor. She also liked to play 'doctor' and I only mention this because she actually reminded me about it at her wedding. I was stunned and it left me awkwardly speechless, but also wondering what might have been. However, when I stopped hyperventilating and regained my senses I realized that this girl might actually be just a tad bit disturbed, so maybe it was for the best that our puppy love never gained any serious traction beyond elementary school.

and it took a tremendous amount of courage to share it in such a forum. Many of us (me included) have neither the inner strength nor spirit to publicly discuss such traumatic events. Kudos to you and your refreshing contributions to this site. Stay strong! Peace.

I ache for you having such a memory. My 6 year old boyfriend kissed me. His birthday was April Fools day. In NC, we didn't play cowboys and Indians. My sweetheart Alan, his brother Butch, and my sister and I played "The Yankees are coming!" We ran thru the woods and hid behind trees. My sister was only 4 and she would cry because it was so scary. The boys got caught throwing rocks and got in trouble for it. Of course, none of us knew what Yankees were. My family moved away that year (to Yankee country!) But Alan sent me a letter with a drawing of a cardinal so it must have been true love. 💞

At my cousins house and we were eating fondue and playing game if you dropped the piece of food you had to kiss person on your left. I had to and kissed my cousins step father short peck on lips but I was so shy then.

It was with a guy named Chris. He shoved his tongue in my mouth, and I thought, "Ew!" It was a good 5 years before I kissed anyone else again.

Took my girlfriend to the movies, and chose a scary one, so she would cuddle next to me in fright. (Pretty sneaky, I know). About two-thirds of the way through the film, she kissed me on the lips, and we spent the rest of the movie making out. Smart of her to divert attention away from the scary stuff on the screen...

We played spin the bottle. His name was Stan. We kissed a few times. He would always lick his lips first, so his kisses were kind of slobbery.
