Enjoying a Chambord Bramble tonight.

Gin, Chambord, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Yummy!

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

I started with a beer - a nice German lager.

I have Pendleton's and Tito's. Any suggestion for something to drink with this Seahawks playoff game?

However my liquor cabinet is nowhere near as sophisticated and diverse as yours! And I'm quite a long way from town.

Maybe a dirty vodka martini with a green olive garnish?

A dirty Martini is a variation I’ve never cared for. Mostly because I don’t like green olives or the brine they sit in.

When I order or make a Martini, it’s always no-olive.

(it's been a way too peopley day for me. Future DILs bridal shower)

I ended up making up something similar to a pina colada with pineapple juice, soda water, heavy cream, and spiced rum. It worked.

Tomorrow night I'll try your Bramble. I know I have everything for that!
