"Bella is my boyfriends parents dog. She is a Wheaton terrier from Kentucky who spends her days just waiting for animals to come on tv, and horse racing is her favorite. She jumps for joy as soon as the gates fly open and watches the whole race. They also have another Wheaton terrier named Quincy hes known for jumping in the pool and swimming to his favorite raft. They are two of the most rambunctious and loveable dogs you will ever meet."

(10,678 posts)I used to pet sit. Had two different dogs behave like this.
One was a border collie, the other a terrier.
With the border collie, I couldn't watch anything on TV that had animals in it. I remember watching that dog at Christmas time, and every one of my favorite Christmas movies had animals involved in some way. Couldn't watch any of my Christmas movies.
The terrier. I've never seen anything like him. He would try to go behind the TV when the animals would disappear from the screen. He thought that they somehow went behind the TV. He was also into commercials. He went berserk when the Gorilla Glue gorilla would show up on TV. And Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast products?
He knew the jingle. So if he was in another room and he heard the jingle start to play, he would run for the room that had the TV on.
Shilo and Beau have both gone over the Rainbow Bridge.
I sure do miss them. They gave me so many laughs, and a lot of love.
