Then I have to make a humongous fruit salad with a honey/lime/mint dressing but no melon, bananas, or pineapple. It’s my future DiLs request for a graduation party tomorrow.

Three cloves thinly sliced garlic and some dried oregano and basil. Sausage cooked in the sauce for two hours.

Absolutely fabulous.
