They discovered that ginger cats are missing a section of their genetic code, which means the cells responsible for their skin, eye and fur tone produce lighter colours.

Now we can all rest easy and just enjoy those gingers. I find it interesting that funds to pay for the research were crowdsourced. There appears to be no truth to the rumor that RFK Jr. will refute these finings, point-by-point, tomorrow.

(4,578 posts)Except when he goes on walks with my spouse and our dog. However, his silliness factor is 10/10. Our vet, kennel owner and neighbors have commented on his silly and affectionate demeanor.
