Doesn't taste very good. I put 4TBSP of red wine vinegar in 1/2 cup olive oil. 1/2 tsp of both salt and pepper. 1 tsp of cumen.
I have garlic, maple syrup and other spices. How do I fix this?
* I added 1 more tbsp red wine vinegar. Tsp garlic and 1 tsp maple syrup 1/4 tsp salt (I knew I was going to add feta which is salty). Oregano too. It is delicious. Than you all.

(36,569 posts)I use 1 sliced tomato, 1/2 peeled and sliced English cucumber, some thin sliced red onion, and chickpeas, but I dress it with about a tablespoon-ish of olive oil and about 2-3 times that much red wine vinegar, often with a splash of seasoned rice vinegar too, salt and pepper to taste, and a good pinch of sugar. I often crumble up some dried oregano on it, too.
Hope this helps!

(2,034 posts)Someone else mentioned crumbled dried oregano, which should go with the cumin. All such good suggestions!
