will be going for prostrate surgery.

no date set yet , i will show up at my urologists office in 4 weeks and do a void test as a pre op. wish me well.
up date . just a swollen prostate which is casuing pass interferance w other details

He had the one where they ream out the prostate. He stayed the night in the hospital and went home the next day. He is recovering well, which is half the time of the complete removal of the prostate. I wish you well with your procedure.

7. I had roto rooter several years ago and proton beam radiation more recently - for cancer.

Make sure you know about Holmium laser surgery if it is for BPH. I was unable to get it because of a very long waiting list.

Proton radiation took 6 weeks, 5 days/week, but has worked out well so far. I hope to see PSA = 0 soon (after 2 years). 0.39 four weeks ago.

Surgery is considered a last resort option.

11. My husband had aguablation of his prostate in December. He's been very happy with the results so far.

He had a Eurolift a couple years ago and was not happy with the results....it basically didn't help at all. Hence, the aguablation.
