feds are supposedly investigating this, and the guy brags about being rich, what are the odds on him paying any fine, or serving any time?
My guess is ZERO. The "hands on" lesson he got will be it legally. Of course, the internet may have other ideas!

You're not even supposed to approach monk seals. And if the Feds decline to prosecute, he can meet justice another way at the
hands of native Hawaiians. Just another self serving rich sociopath taking up space. And if anyone thinks that's a rush to judgement;
res ipsa loqutur. There is no conceivable excuse for his behavior on this planet or any other. If someone does
that to such an animal - they'd do it to a child if they could get away with it. Fuck him and his business and his personal life.

The internet is doing its thing. He has been doxxed. One very smart person apparently read my suspicious mind, and suggested that maybe his house, etc. should be searched, preferably with cadaver dogs.

(3,039 posts)Lots of (recent) negative reviews on Yelp. Yelp has posted this...
"This business recently received increased public attention, which often means people come to this page to post their views on the news. While we dont take a stand one way or the other when it comes to this incident, weve temporarily disabled the posting of content to this page as we work to investigate whether the content you see here reflects actual consumer experiences rather than the recent events."

The 'sad but increasingly normal' thing is that not much is known about him, yet because he said he's rich, all of a sudden it's all over the nets that he's a 'Ukranian millionaire'. For all we know he owes $350K on a $600K house, earns $80K/year, and for this he considers himself rich.

(3,039 posts)What bothers me is, what if this is wrong? A person's life, along with their family, can be ruined by an unsubstantiated post on the net.
Very troubling to me, to say the least.
