Photos shared on social media over the weekend showed American cryptocurrency entrepreneur, Brock Pierce, cutting the ribbon at the statue's unveiling.

In a 2012 email published by the Justice Department, Pierce told Epstein that he had broken up with his girlfriend so something "would not be a problem."

The next day, Pierce wrote again to Epstein: "I had a great time with the girls. Hope they had fun too. Thanks."

The gleaming golden statue of was installed at Trump National Doral Miami, the luxury golf resort located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, drawing attention and criticism from observers who viewed it as an excessive display of self-aggrandizement.

“Everyone is talking about what’s in [the Epstein files]. Here’s what’s not in there. We have all these emails. We have all these people emailing about everything. There’s no breakup emails,” Giridharadas, author of Winners Take All: The Elite Charade of Changing the World, said.

Giridharadas continued, “There’s no one saying, ‘F---, I didn’t know, but I read the story now. You are despicable. Never call me again.’ Not one email that I’ve seen.”

Giridharadas, who has written extensively on the “Epstein class” on his Substack The.Ink, told host Joanna Coles that Epstein’s crimes were “enabled by the silence and complicity and overlooking and looking away of a much larger number of people. And I don’t think you get the former without the latter.”

The best-selling author argued that Epstein exploited a “lack of courage” that he said defines “the age of hyper-connected networks,” where connections in elite circles is the ultimate currency.

“Your wealth is your connections and the density and breadth of your connections to all these other people,” he explained.

The Cambridge Dictionary defines self-aggrandizement as "the practice of doing or saying things to make yourself seem more powerful or important." That's exactly what this is. It's what Trump's whole life is!

While he has (of course) denied the allegations, three former employees of his former company Digital Entertainment Network won a $4.5 million default judgement against Pierce and his co-founders after they failed to respond to allegations of rape, assault, and death threats. The accusations included rape of a 15-year-old child.

Pierce's close friend and co-founder Marc Collins-Rector has been repeatedly accused of child molestation and child pornography crimes. After Collins-Rector was indicted in 2000, he, Pierce, and another associate fled the country and landed in Spain. All three were arrested by Interpol in 2002.

In addition to being a business associate of Jeffrey Epstein, Pierce has also been implicated in the monstrous pedophile's crimes. Files released by the Justice Department include an email from Pierce informing Epstein that there was "a boat in Antigua full of amazing Ukraine's finest" waiting for him. The implication seemed to be human trafficking, perhaps of underaged girls.

In another Email, Pierce wrote “I had a great time with the girls. Hope they had fun too. Thanks.”
Epstein also asked Pierce "take photos and find me a present" during a trip to "Moscow, Kiev, and Odessa." Pierce sent numerous photos to Epstein of a woman and stated that "Ukraine is now my favorite country." Given what we know about Epstein's taste for children, the documents are incredibly damning.
