Negotiations Are Working In Iran

So far negotiations are working in Iran which allow safe passage of vessels through Hormuz.

China has been shipping oil through the strait, more oil than before the war began. Pakistan and India have also made deals with Iran to ship oil and other cargo.

Most recently Thailand has been granted safe passage.

Maybe this is what Krasnov means when he keeps saying that negotiations are moving along?
