The former Board President where I used to work, who

told female staff members including myself, "that too bad there wasn't a man among us, because we might be believed, because we just sounded like a bunch of bitches" is now in a bunch of trouble for his current day behavior.

The situation in the past that I and my coworkers had was because another board member (a woman)asked why the ball was being dropped at work. We told the truth. The man they hired to replace our previous director was not qualified for the position, and even though we did our best to help him, he was not improving in his performance. We were told that was too bad because he was a man with a family to support so we were supposed to just suck it up and do his work for him. He said that's what women employees were supposed to do.
I wanted to sue his ass, but our family lawyer said this area was a good old boys county and I would be blacklisted. Other lawyers later told me I could have reported him to the state labor board but my coworkers didn't want to start such a significant endeavor because their husbands said just let it go.

The ass is now though in the news because he is in an elected official who was heard using racial slurs, and has a previous complaint against him for exhibiting racist behavior. A court ruled there is grounds for his removal from office. He is of course appealing.

I personally hope his appeal gets tossed, and they nail that racist sexist pig 🐖 to the damn wall. I know you're not supposed to celebrate when Karma strikes back, but this feels like vindication. It's about damn time he's held accountable, the weasel. Oh it probably goes without saying but he's a Republican.

One misogynist at a time. We will get there.

It's nice to win one. By all means celebrate! This is justice!

Great news!
