I have been watching excerps from Jesse Jackson's memorial service.

I watched a part of Obama's speech, Bill Clinton's and Joe Biden's. I haven't watched Kamala Harris yet, but I will. Just haven't had the time for that yet.

God, I miss intelligence. I miss insight. I miss speech making. I miss civility. I miss compassion.

I remember what it was like to be able to FORGET what was going on in the world because these leaders had it covered and *I* didn't have to worry about it. They were on top of things. No vanity, no stupidity, no egos, no gold plated trashy looking shit in the Oval Office. They were serious. They had a job to do and they did it.

God, I just miss it!!!

Yesterday

was that one did not have to even think about it for days, or even weeks, at a time. How I miss those times.

In spite of the breaks for the translator, this speech is inspiring and a real barn-burner.

I will watch this when I can find a minute today.

I watched Kamala Harris' late last night and she knocked the ball outta the park like all of the others!

Thanks again!
