...'believed to be the first time a local police department in Minnesota intervened in a federal law enforcement action since the surge in immigration enforcement began two months ago.'

DHS agents in MN swerved in front of an unarmed woman who was recording them, once again WALK IN FRONT OF A CAR with guns drawn. The only thing they've learned from Renee Good is how to get away with killing people. A local cop intervened to stop the illegal arrest!
The police chief got her out of the DHS vehicle as the agents who grabbed her were driving her to the DHS jail. When told that they were acting illegally, one agent just says: "I'm not getting into the legality of everything."

MPR ___Agents in three vehicles began chasing her and trying to force her to pull over. Eventually they box her in, three agents get out of the car in front of her, with their guns drawn and try to force her out of her vehicle.
While she's alone in the car, the woman can be heard talking with other observers on speaker phone and she tells them to call 911. The agents open the door, which unlocked automatically when she put the gearshift in park, they drag her out and force her to the ground. She said the agents were overly aggressive and physical as they pinned her down and handcuffed her, leaving her with multiple cuts, scrapes and bruises.
...
The agents took the woman to the St. Peter police station, where she says Chief Grochow approached her, spoke with her, had her get into his squad car, and took her home.
He knew where I lived already, because he had already been in contact with my husband. the woman said. He started talking to me like he just couldn't [believe] how terrible it was, what was happening. And he was so sorry and so scared for me and that type of thing, and [he] was so upset by what they're doing to our community.

How is it possible that in 2026, in the US, an unmarked car with no lights & no LE identification filled with masked men with guns can pull over a woman & yet somehow think we're in the land of free? "POLICE" stitched across their chest could mean they got uniforms at goodwill.

(93,659 posts)Dear @DHSgov: What was the basis for drawing guns on this American and for arresting her?
Why did agents then later release her without charges?
