There are many clips of ICE goons wiping out in Minneapolis. I get that it seems like it’s better - the Hi-Tec (if I have that right) boots in early 90’s were way better than “‘cruit boots” or Jungle boots in the Army. They were close to high top basketball shoes…but they had to be able to be shined.

I’m guessing that these are a combination of people not from the northern clime or are just so super aggressive their rage supersedes their feet.
