Minneapolis Nurse: "I feel like in Minneapolis I'm a sitting duck. I don't feel safe at home. I don't feel safe at work.

I lived in Mpls for decades and Univ of Minn is where I received my undergraduate degree.
So hard to believe what is happened in my beloved city.

That is their mission today. To terrorize the population, including observers. If you step out of line, we will kill you.

I agree that it's hard to believe what ICE and the Trump regime are doing to that wonderful city (I lived in a suburb of northern St. Paul when my dad worked for KSTP).

Trump has been ordering more foreign workers for his businesses. He is offering lower wages. He's also lowering the minimum wage to be paid to foreign agricultural and meat processing workers.

Stuff like this can have an irrational effect. It's the same as Trump calling places "shitholes." The many hard-working, honest people in those cities (mostly Democrats, btw) don't need this hand-wringing. It's doing nothing but helping Trump.
