If the shooting was justified then why did the shooter get in a car and drive off less than 2 minutes after the shooting, before the police even arrived?

It could have been her. She is a Citizen, so are her children. Her husband is a Citizen too. He is from El Salvador, and she is Filipino. They have two beautiful BROWN children. It could have been her.

This is part of why I had an Ugly Cry. Watching this wrenched my gut to the point I almost got sick and puke.
