I am glad to see this and it looks peaceful. I think it is the vigil.



UPDATE: the vigil/rally with a microphone lasted 90 min. This took place in a residential neighborhood.
The people then began walking the streets together. They are still walking protesting in the streets.

This weekend the highs are predicted to be in the low 20's. That will not inhibit crowds from gathering for protests; such temperatures are considered warm here for January.
