Clinton took 4 trips (multiple flight segments) on Jeffrey Epstein's jet in 2002-2003, tied to Clinton Foundation work on health/AIDS initiatives in Africa, Asia & Europe.
He was always accompanied by staff & Secret Service.

extrapolations of much narrower claims made by Virginia Guiffre.
For her part, she described one (1) "orgy" with youngish women or girls who did not speak English, she didn't know where they were from, if any or all were under 18, etc, that happened on the island. Which would be virtually impossible to verify 
OTOH, not one other of 15 or so known minor victims (the ladies in the NBC interview, for example) has ever publicly (or in sworn court docs) claimed she even went to Epstein's Island. Only VG did. Though that's not just a claim, she pretty much lived with them and flew all over the place with them, including the island. Also, Carolyn A (the girl Maxwell was convicted of trafficking to Epstein) did say she got invited one time, but declined, because she was in school and her parents would've said no.
This situation is similar to the fact that not one of them has ever said they were passed around to Epstein's rich buddies and ordered to service them. Only VG.
There is a bit more to USVI story though than Guiffre's descriptions, in the civil suit filed by the USVI against the Estate, which made claims about a 15 year old trying to escape the island by swimming, and allegedly, maybe underage girls seen at the airport. But the Estate just paid it (in net I think it was for over $100M iirc), it never went to court, so this is an unproven claim. This was the suit in which they demanded the Estate hand over his island estate to them, along with other damages.
