But I have a friend who contacted the court after the last suit was dropped and the judge's assistant told her there had been a payoff to Katie Johnson. The assistant was probably telling more than she should have. I really trust this friend. My friend was horrified that the story was going to disappear and felt compelled to dig in to it personally. She asked why they let this criminal behavior just drop simply because there had been a pay off and was told they don't pursue criminal behavior on their own without someone pushing for an investigation.

I don't believe the real "Katie Johnson" has ever come forward since shortly after this document was filed. The case was dropped before the 2016 election because "Katie Johnson" disappeared. We've been told that the real "Katie Johnson" has changed her name and location along with her entire family. We don't know if she's still alive or if she's in the US.

I believe her story, and I also believe that her and her family's lives have been threatened. If they (or she) ever come forward they will be killed before anything can be legally determined.

Second, it's apparently from an FBI intake document, dated October 27, 2020.

The information is presented as allegations and recollections shared with the FBI, not as findings from a trial or conclusions reached by investigators.

It is important to be clear. An FBI intake document records what was reported to the agency. It is not a determination of guilt, and the allegations described have not been adjudicated in court.

The timing(immediately before the 2020 election) will certainly make it suspicious to the people who refuse to believe Trump could have done anything wrong.

So this is not necessarily the "smoking gun" many people think it is. Anyone could have made any allegation they wanted to the FBI tip line and it would have been recorded like this. It would help if someone could identify some corroborating information. Like the name of the person who was found to have committed suicide in Kiefer, OK.

I'm not saying this isn't true. To the contrary, I believe this is a pretty strong and believable allegation. I just think people should be cautious about presenting this as proof of anything until more info comes out.

There's a reference to a John Nichols having worked security for the Clintons, but there is no record of anyone by that name ever working for the Clintons. They also seem to be trying to tie this into the Okahoma City bombing in some way which makes no sense. Terry Nichols was involved in the Oklahoma City bombing, not John.

After reading that, the more this comes across as nonsense.
